We exclusively handle workers' compensation, personal injury, Social Security disability, and supplemental security income claims. Attorney Gregg B. Nelson has effectively advocated for his clients' rights since he began practicing law in 1982. In his early career, Gregg worked for two insurance companies and an insurance defense law firm and handled workers' compensation claims and personal injury litigation for them. He eventually decided to use his legal skills in representing the injured and disabled and established his own plaintiffs' law firm in 1998. Since then he has represented only the injured and the disabled, and has effectively and successfully represented hundreds of clients in their work comp, personal injury, and Social Security disability and supplemental security income claims.
